EEX extruders simplify homogenous melting of hot melt adhesive granules. Only the material immediately needed is processed so production is virtually maintenance free and crosslinking of adhesive is nearly impossible.

 

  • Protect against running dry with level control and safety cutoff. 

  • Prevent granule clogging or liquid material backwash with water cooled draw-in area.

  •  Choose from 10-, 40-, 100- and 200-liter per hour systems.
